Monthly XCOGNiSAAS subscriptions can be cancelled anytime before your next billing date; no refund is issued for the current billing cycle already in progress.
Annual plans are billed upfront. A pro-rated refund may be considered within the first 7 days of an annual purchase, minus any usage; write to us to request this.
Email refunds@fabeminds.com with your registered email and reason for the request. We respond within 3–5 business days. Any Razorpay payment disputes follow Razorpay's standard dispute process.
This policy is governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India.
XCOGNiSAAS provides CRM, automation, WhatsApp, funnel, ad-launcher and LMS tools on a subscription basis, operated by Fabeminds Counselling Private Limited.
You are responsible for the accuracy of content you upload, compliance with WhatsApp/Meta's own policies when messaging your contacts, and keeping your account credentials secure.
The XCOGNiSAAS platform, its code and branding remain the property of Fabeminds Counselling Private Limited. Content you create within the platform (funnels, courses, messages) remains yours.
XCOGNiSAAS is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India.
